When a purchase is eligible for return or exchange?
Purchases shipped to the United States carry a 30-day money back guarantee on all items except clearance and Special Orders.
Purchases shipped internationally are eligible for a refund, but customers are responsible for return postage. Please contact Customer Service with your order and tracking numbers to initiate the refund process.
If you’re exchanging an item, keep in mind availability for your desired exchange may differ at the time of processing. If something is no longer available, a customer representative will contact you to select a new item.

Mandatories to get a refund or exchange
All items must be returned in same conditions as when they were received. We urge you to handle items with care. If an item has been cut, washed or altered, it is not eligible for refund, exchange or store credit. If received on a roll, please send back on the same roll to avoid damage.
How long it takes to get my payment back or a new item?
Returns and exchanges are processed within 14 business days of the returned item(s) arriving back at our facility. Refunds are processed to your original form of payment.
